C. Anthony Gallery hosts artist Britten during Beaver Creek Art Festival

BEAVER CREEK — World-renowned Colorado-based artist Britten will be in attendance with new works at this year’s Beaver Creek Art Festival, taking place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday, and even more of her paintings will be on display at C. Anthony Gallery, where she is the artist in residence.

The outcome of Britten’s intuition-led process is large- and small-scale abstract paintings that embody both vibrancy and luminosity. Through her fine art, she is able to share that energetic freedom with the world.

Britten’s collectors span the globe, from Beaver Creek to Berlin to Singapore and beyond, and she’s continually reaching new heights. Recently she has been living a new life through Aesthetic Revolutionary Theory.

‘REVOLUTIONARY MESSAGE’

“The idea came to me when I was asked to be the featured artist for TEDx Vail, Jan 2017. Both honored and terrified, I accepted and will be adorning the event with my art, as well as speaking,” Britten wrote in her blog. The TEDx Vail theme is ReEvolution. There, she will share what has inspired her “revolutionary message to humanity.”
